INTRODUCTION

Project IMPACT Shreveport was started in June of 1996 to serve the at-risk youth of Shreveport.  It is sponsored by Rev.  Shaun Cooper and his wife Rev. Teresa Cooper at the New Creation Family Church , 8410 Kingston Road Shreveport La. The goal of this program is for the church to go outside its walls to reach the community.

A second program site was opened in partnership with Bossier city housing Authority in Bossier City, LA.
